Why You Should Look Good For Yourself
So a client of mine told me on a recent call that for the first time in his life, he likes what he sees in the mirror.
He feels good about what he sees in the mirror.
For the first time in his life, the appearance that he has matched up the ideal that he has on the top of his mind about how he should look like.
And he told me that we’ve almost a little bit of a guilty undertone in that he felt vain about saying that.
Here’s what I told him:
‘There’s no reason to feel vain or guilty about wanting to look good in your own skin!’
This is a universal human motive!
Similar to the need for water, food, and shelter. And it should not be vilified and you should not feel guilty about having that motive.
Because everyone around you has the same one.
